Be in the Know - A web site will allow you to communicate with other managers, review progress, influence feature/functionality, and more.

PingGadget Community Managers operate within the PingGadget service as “Guru” accounts. In other systems these types of accounts would be considered power users. At PingGadget we reward and encourage this type of activity because the potential to impact and influence is greatly magnified. Guru's can participate in many ways including:
Writing - Write compelling content and provide useful feedback daily. Help manage the content stream. Be a catalyst for conversation within the system.
Event Planning - Conceptualize, negotiate, wrangle, plan and execute cool, fun and buzz-worthy (big wow factor!) events/parties.
Socializing & Adventuring - Meet up with PingGadget users. Attend civic events. See and be seen. In the scene. Be the Guru. Always on.
