Its the Paleo diet. It is the food that all humans ate for hundreds of thousands of years before farming. It taste so good, eat all you want, its easy to shed pounds and prevent diease. Go to Amazon and type in Paleo. Great books on it.

Vegetables, fish, meat, fruit, and a little nuts and seeds. No grains or darity. Great book "The Paleo Soultion - the Orginal Human Diet by Robb Wolf. I highly recommend reading it. Get it on Amazon.

Those people think hetero marriages are better even if you have abusive parents or addicted parents, or divorced parents. Which makes their line of think fundamentally flawed.

In Wyoming, in the mental health community we have been using telemedicine for quite some time because we are so rural here and have a significant shortage of psychiatrists. It's quite helpful.

If they ever require insurance companies to reimburse for telemedicne (most don't now including medicare) it will open a floodgate of demand.
